The Résinier Team is deeply committed to welcoming you warmly. The Chef offers a refined and tasty tradionnal cuisine, entirely prepared on site.
Our traditional cuisine uses the most modern ovens allowing low temperature cooking that enhance the flavors. Mainly inspired by French South-Western cuisine, we revisit regional dishes with a touch of modernity.
The spirit of our cuisine: fresh products from a selection of local products.
The Restaurant opens from Tuesdays to Saturdays (lunch and dinner).


Since summer 2022, the outdoor garden has changed its coat for a magnificent terrace in small old paving stones, decorated with “Chasselas” vines over 50 years old, wrought iron gates, a stone fountain and a small bell tower (which rings during weddings) … A true haven of peace !
Chef Christophe has enjoyed training, passing on his knowledge and his love of the profession for over 24 years, while adapting to the new mentalities and expectations of his collaborators.

Every working day, Jonathan, former employee of Résinier, owner of “O Fournil du Marché” in Salles, delivers us a fine selection of traditionally made breads.
